Typical arrangements:A typical consultancy arrangement would involve in-depth consultancy to set things on the right track, some training to build your team's skills, leading to a long-term relationship through ongoing advice. Through such a relationship we effectively become a vital and valuable part of your team, advising and supporting your in-house people so that they can be maximally productive. In-depth consultancy: on-site, £550 per day plus costsTo get off to a good start, and to make well-informed critical design decisions, you can use our in-depth consultancy to get expert specialist advice. In-depth consultancy will usually involve spending several days at your site, working and discussing with you and your team to understand the project and to advise on important design decisions. This is an intensive process that gives you high value advice and guidance but also establishes a relationship that can be continued efficiently through ongoing advice. For in-depth consultancy we make a charge of £550 per day, plus costs of travel, accomodation and living expenses. Training: as per standard classes or negotiated for custom trainingTo be optimally productive, you can use our specialist training to give your team the skills and knowledge they need for the project. We have a range of standard training classes that we can draw on to build the skills and knowledge of your team. Prices for these are published for each training class. We can also customise training, or design a complete custom training class: we negotiate the cost for this individually. Ongoing advice: telephone and email, £55 per hourTo save time when questions arise and to avoid ill-informed decisions as a project progresses you can use our ongoing advice service to answer questions and to guide decision-making. We offer advice by telephone and email, as questions and needs arise. We charge for the time spent at a rate of £55 per hour plus a 'retainer' of £100 per month. |
